Dipika Pallikal was brought into the world in the year 21st September 1991, In Chennai, Tamil Nadu, yet she really has a place from Keralite Malayali Family. Dipika is the little girl of Sanjiv and Susan Pallikal, her mom was a piece of the Indian Lady’s cricket crew and she enlivened to play sports.

Dinesh karthik’s wife Dipika is an Indian squash player and is every now and again viewed as the India’s squash queen. The 33 Years-old is also the only Indian woman to rise into the Top 10 of the Professional Squash Association Rankings. She got into the list for the first time back in December 2012 and continues to be the leading Indian women’s squash player.
As a result, she was conferred with the prestigious ‘Arjuna Award’- the 2nd highest sporting award in India, thereby becoming the first Female Squash player to be bestowed with such an honour. She was also bestowed with the prestigious ‘Padma Shri’ in 2014.
FIRST MEETING OF DIPIKA & DINESH
While he was nursing through the tough time, he met Deepika in a gym, as both went to the same gym for their regular workout sessions. Although Deepika did not like cricketers for their hype and fame, her misconception cleared after meeting him. “In fact, the first time we met was at a marathon some five years ago. After that, we met at the gym and, if I remember, I left for practice without even saying bye to him. Slowly, we got to know each other,” she had once said. They kept their relationship pretty low key and private.
Proposal of Dinesh to Dipika
In the year 2013, after claiming the Champions trophy with the team Dinesh Karthik officially proposed Dipika Pallikal in England, and in the same year, they did their engagement as well in Chennai, in front of their close family members and friends.
This was a big step taken by Karthik after Dinesh Karthik’s divorce. Both Dinesh and Dipika trust and love enough each other to take this step of marriage.

After getting engaged the couple planned for their marriage in the year 2014 but because of their busy schedule they postpone their marriage for 2015.
Dinesh and Dipika got married twice! On the 18th of August 2015, they were lawfully declared husband and wife as per the Christian rituals and then tied the knot as per Hindu rituals two days later, on the 20th.
DIPIKA AS A SUPPORTER OF DINESH
Dinesh Karthik was in a broken state when he found Dipika Pallikal. Dipika knew that Dinesh Karthik’s first wife Nikita Vanjara had given him a scar which was difficult to heal.
Still she accepted DK and supported him to get back for the Indian team and work on his fitness.
Dinesh was at that point of his life where he had taken up commentary and had almost retired from cricket but it was Dipika who pulled DK out of his miserable state and helped him made a great comeback at the Indian team where Karthik scored a brilliant 50 against South Africa.
DK has been dominating in domestic cricket and now in t20s by having the best t20 strike rate for the Indian team at the moment. Dinesh Karthik and Dipika are one of the best couples in Indian cricket scenario.
